Fars: Iran’s Oil Revenues Surpass $2.5 Billion

A Fars News Agency reporter has learned that Iran’s oil revenues have surpassed $2.5 billion since August 23.
Previously, more than $13 billion in revenues from Iranian oil sales had entered the country during the first five months of the current Iranian year.Oil revenues collected in the current month are higher than the set target, giving the government greater room to take economic measures, including increasing the value of commodity vouchers. This comes as the United States, through its so-called “maximum pressure” policy, is seeking to reduce Iran’s oil revenues to zero.
